ModeratorWas unable to reproduce this in my machine. Pls let us know how to reproduce this. I did test your site in chrome, firefox and safari and no luck so far. Maybe some plugin is causing this? I see that you have installed many third party plugins, you can deactivate them one by one and see which one is causing the issue.
Thanks!

ModeratorOk. I get the question. You will have to modify the ken burns settings. For more info see here

Hope that helps. Thanks!

ModeratorThis issue has got nothing to do with the theme. The issue is with the duplicate “slider id” you are using in the slider settings (See the attached image). You will have to remove the slider ids from each of the sliders, which will resolve the issue.
Thanks!

ModeratorHi,
Can you pls tell me which template, you are trying to import. The Wired theme doesn’t come with any template file as such as we haven’t used the slider in the theme demo. We have bundled the Slider Revolution just so that the buyers can create sliders on their own without having to buy the plugin themselves.
Thanks!

ModeratorBesides, I forgot to mention that the plugin will be fully functional even without activating it. The activation is for those users who want private support and updates for the plugin itself.

ModeratorHi,
If you haven’t bought Rev slider directly, then you are considered non-direct user and you cannot activate the slider. The purchase code you get with the agile theme purchase is for the theme itself and will not work with the slider. The plugin is purchased by us and we are entitled for any support from themepunch and not the users of Agile theme. If the users want support for the plugin, then they will have to buy a copy of the plugin themselves.
The agile theme purchase code is for you as a proof of purchase of theme and has got nothing to do with any plugin included in the theme itself. The plugins are provided free for the users and they can use it for free(minus direct support and direct updates).
Hope that clarifies everything. If you need updated version of the slider, just send us an email and we will mail you the latest plugin file. Thanks!

ModeratorSo this is how the slider will work –
If you publish 6 posts then you need to create 6 slides (just duplicate from the previous slide). Then all six posts will be shown in the slider. Hope that helps. Thanks!

ModeratorHi,
Since this is something related to activation code of the plugin, you will have to contact the plugin author to get this resolved. We would really want to help our customers regarding any theme related or plugin related issues, but this issue can only be resolved by the plugin author (since the activation info is maintained on their servers).
Since you have already purchased the revolution slider yourself, you are entitled for the plugin support from ThemePunch.
Pls let me know if I can do anything else. Thanks!

ModeratorI have duplicated the second layer and now the slider is showing all three posts that you have. When you have a slider getting it’s content from a post type, you cannot have a custom slide within that slider. So I would suggest you delete the first slide and just show the posts from News custom post type.
Hope that helps. Thanks!

ModeratorThere is a simple setting called “Overflow Hidden” which I turned ON and everything looks fine now. Just check once and let me know.

ModeratorOk. Sorry for all the trouble. I was focusing on video not showing up in mobile instead of the actual problem you mentioned.
The actual culprit was the style that we used in our theme for the video element, which was affecting the rev slider video’s height. So I went ahead and put some custom css to fix the issue. Pls take a look and let me know if everything’s working fine on your end.
Thanks!
