Okay – thanks (I’m a total amateur you see!). One other thing, do you know if keeping all the old files (i.e. version 1.0 and 2.0) on the server will slow my website down (I’m having serious speed issues)? Is it best to completely delete all the old theme files from my FTP and just keep the current one on there?
AlanajaneMemberThank you for your swift reply.
Grid width is at 1140 pixels. Image is now 1920×450 pixels. Attached is a screenshot of the result.
AlanajaneMemberI’ve switched it back to 1140 pixels. I uploaded slides at 1140×450 pixels. Here is what it looks like on desktop computer (attached). The slider responds appropriately at smaller screen sizes, but I need for the image to not stretch on larger screens.

1. Oh, gosh, that was rather obvious. Apologies!
2. Got the plugin installed. Thanks very much.
3. Brilliant, cheers.
4. On my screen, the slider becomes really narrow when the screen reduces in size. I’ve attached a screenshot of the slider next to an image of the demo for comparison. The slider looks fine (i.e. everything fits and scales and responds appropriately), but it’s much shorter than my client would like. Any suggestions on how to increase the height?
AlanajaneMemberOkay, I was able to install the updated theme (extinct 2.0). Thank you!
For the past couple weeks, 9 out of every 10 photos I tried to upload to the media library broke. I thought that the images breaking may have had something to do with the outdated theme. The theme is now updated, and I still cannot upload any new images. They all break. They are within the appropriate file size. What is causing this, and how do I fix?
I apologize for all the support requests. I have never had this much trouble with a theme before.
AlanajaneMemberOk, I’ve tried uploading the extinct.zip file twice now. Both times I receive the following:
Installing Theme from uploaded file: extinct.zip
Unpacking the package…Unpacking the package…
I don’t receive the success message, and my theme doesn’t get updated. Help?

After searching for weeks myself, I didn’t think this would be possible in our timeframe and on my budget. However within a couple of hours Alana had found the perfect dress!”</div>
