Thanks for the response Ernesto. Unfortunately that didn’t work.

The page is set up as a Team Profile basically. The Featured Image (http://www.ruthgorse.leeds.sch.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/trgaContact.png) should be displaying on the page where it says Testimonial in the circle, like it does here on the old site: http://www.ruthgorseacademy.co.uk/wordpress/contact/

It is the same for the template gallery: http://www.ruthgorse.leeds.sch.uk/filterable-gallery/

So I figured it would be a case of GD Library not being installed, but it is 🙁

I have tried it just now and it is working! I did try it this morning and it still wasn’t working, so I’m not sure what could have changed in the meantime?

Hi, I have also upgraded to 3.9 and experienced the Shortcode problem.

I have amended the tinymce.js file and uploaded this in place of the old file, but it still does not work.

When I click on ‘Insert’, the browser does nothing until I click ‘Cancel’ and nothing appears.
