I am currently on WordPress v 3.8.3 and when I am clicking on the little green icon for Add Theme Shortcode, I am not getting anything load up.

It is just a blank window. I have tried this in Google Chrome and IE 9 to no avail.

Anyone know what can cause this?

Can you clear the browser cache and see if that helps? Also, retry by deactivating all plugins. Pls post a temp login here in a private message if you still have issues.

Hi meteorite.

I have tried it just now and it is working! I did try it this morning and it still wasn’t working, so I’m not sure what could have changed in the meantime?
