We have included the example slider in the theme package. You will have to import “austin-kenburnsexport.zip” file located in the “Revolution-slider-instructions” folder.
In the dashboard click on the Revolution Slider tab and you will find an option to import slider. Click on it and choose the above mentioned zip file to import.
If you need any assistance on this, then pls reply back here with a temp login to your dashboard and I will do the needful. Thanks!

Pls share the link to your site with a temp login as a private reply and I will take a look. Many have used WPML with our themes and have used the language switcher with it. So let me see what the issue might be. If it is a simple css issue, I can fix it. Thanks!
Unfortunately that is not possible as far as I know. Even we would like to see such a feature in the Revolution Slider, but it is not available yet. Thanks!
There is a setting in the revolution slider to stop slider after a specific slide. In the revolution slider settings you will find “Stop Slider” within the “Loop and Progress” settings. You will have to enable it and set the value of “Stop at Slide” to 1.

You will have to import the slider “kenburns-agile.zip” into the Revolution Slider. You can find the zip file in the “Revolution Slider Setup Instructions” folder that comes with the theme package. For importing the slider you will have to go through the revolution slider documentation that you will find in the “documentation” folder within the above mentioned folder.

I logged in to your site and disabled the ajax for portfolio just to see the url for the next portfolio page and it seems that WPML is appending the lang=en query string to the page before the theme appends the page-2 to the url.
So the url generated by wpml is
http://www.masaveuaparcamientos.com/car-parks-masaveu-aparcamientos/?lang=en/page/2/which should actually be
http://www.masaveuaparcamientos.com/car-parks-masaveu-aparcamientos/page/2/?lang=en
Can you pls contact WPML guys regarding this and find out is there any other WPML settings other than tinkering the url itself to make the page multilingual. I hope it is just a matter of changing a simple setting in WPML.
