Undocumented Shortcode for Gallery Post page

The theme ships with the demo post

On this post is the short code

This doesn’t match the Gallery shortcodes in the documentation, nor is there any mention of the parameter “link=”file” anywhere in the doc.

See screenshot for how this post appears in the Visual edit mode. The live display is a no-op. What is it supposed to be? The live demo on your site doesn’t seem to have this post type displayed.

Update: I see that this is just a native WordPress gallery. It doesn’t work because the demo data doesn’t or cannot import that gallery.

OK to close this ticket unless there is an issue with the demo data. It had me looking for a custom theme shortcode.

Yes, you got this right. It is native WordPress native gallery insert via built-in gallery tools and we were just demonstrating that theme is able to style the same.
