    When importing the xml file nothing happens. It looks like it is trying to import, but then after about a minute it just stops and nothing happens.

    I have attached a screenshot of why my screen looks like after the import fails.

    This is a server related issue .
    You should talk to your hosting provider to ensure the following requirements for any premium theme –

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    max_execution_time 60
    memory_limit 128M
    post_max_size 48M
    upload_max_filesize 48M

    The login credentials seems incorrect .

    Can you pls just update the home pages and check ? In the page edit window you should see an update button just hit on that and check.
