Top Header buttton

Hello Guys:
I would like to create a button in my top header right side (attached a picture)
I’m wordpress newbie, can you guys tell me or guide me to the easiest way to create this button
I downloaded a plugin but no luck, I was wondering if you guys can help me with that.

In Appearance -> widgets , drag text widget in to “Header Area” and insert button shortcodes.
Pls go through button shortcodes in theme documentation.

This is great! I did it as well. My only issue is that it’s not centred when the page is scrolled to the top.

Hello Guys:

Thanks for your tip how to create the button in my header but I can’t get the button in the right spot ( attached a picture) is already link with other page and the color i want but no luck with getting the right location.

I will remove the button for now

Hello I did What u told me to do, but still not in the right spot. (attached picture)
button went down just a little bit
