title tag & meta description

Hey,
I would like to change the title tag and meta description of my sites.
Where can I do that?
I can currently not find these options anywhere. Do I need another plugin for that?

This is best handled by a plugin like the popular Yoast SEO plugin.

You can also look at the header.php file template file, copy and customize the same in your child theme.

Also pls make sure you update to the latest version of the Agile theme released today prior to using that plugin.
