Theme activation

Hi,

after installing and activating the theme with the required plugins, I don’t see any change in the web page graphics. It seems the theme was not activated. Could be that:
– I need to register the licence. Where I can do this?
– the wordpress language is ES_cr. Is there any conflict?

or maybe other reasons?

If the theme is activated, possible that some type of caching on the server side or on WordPress installation which is causing this. The license or the language should not cause this issue.
