The demo import file is not correct

OK, something is wrong with demo import file, because when I import it I do not get any pages or post, and it says in documentation that ‘If you import the sample data, all the required pages including home pages, page sections part of these pages, portfolio entries are all created for you.

Can you explain to me what I have to do please?

I already tried it as in in video, for some reason I don’t get any pages create in admin. I really can not do anything else, I think something is wrong with demo file you provided at the moment.
