Hi, I have created a template with templatera (wp bakery addons) where I added various element, then I associated the template in a porfolio page an all was ok. When I updated the template from templatera the structure on the porfolio page does’t changed. Why templatera don’t modify the template on page where the template is used?

You can use our theme’s portfolio page template for displaying portfolio items.
