Team profiles anchor links

Hi,

thank you for the great theme!

I have created a team profiles page using the team profile template. I have added an anchor to each profile on the first line of the edit profile window. When I do this however it links too low and it starts halfway down the featured image.
How do I link the anchors to the team profile name or featured image so that the links start at the top of each profile?

Or could you tell me where to find these profiles on FTP so I can edit from there?

The file to edit will be framework/shortcodes/team-shortcodes.php file. I could not get the problem fully – a link or a screenshot will help. Thanks.
