Social Feeds in Side Menu

Afternoon,

Much like the example on https://www.livemeshthemes.com/fusion, I am trying to figure out how to add the social feeds to the bottom of the side menu. I have attached an image of the fusion example site.

In themeoptions > header tab – sidenav insert you can add the below code –
