GrégoryApril 10, 2018 at 4:09 am #29847VeenaModeratorCan you pls change the thumbnail generation in the General tab of theme options to “WordPress” from Aqua and check ?
April 10, 2018 at 7:15 am #29851greglrParticipantI did that but it only solved the images display for the blog
April 10, 2018 at 1:43 pm #29855VeenaModeratorCan you share specific page link with a temp login here as a private msg?

Can you switch to Extinct 3.6 version and pls make sure you change the directory extinct/ and then check if the issue gets resolved. I see that there are two copies at present. Pls archive the old version and then make the current version the default.
April 11, 2018 at 6:19 pm #29869greglrParticipantOk it works for the slider with the last version of theme but looks like it’s no compatible with the last version of woocommerce and my theme child : see shop page comparative screenshots in attachments.
Awaiting a new version of theme compatible with last version of woocommerce, is there an other way like custom CSS or additionnal line code to fix the slider display with old version of theme on SSL site ?
Thanks for your help.April 12, 2018 at 11:54 am #29880RaghavendraModeratorWe can fix the layout of the woocommerce with new version. Retaining old version is not a good option. Can you pls provide me a page where this happens? We can fix the same. Thanks
April 12, 2018 at 3:39 pm #29881greglrParticipantOk thanks for the advice and support, here are examples of pages where the bug happens:
– shop: https://www.latucauderie.fr/achat-vins-nantes/aoc-igp-val-de-loire/
– bottom of single page product: https://www.latucauderie.fr/vins-nantes/aoc-igp-val-de-loire/vin-blanc-demi-sec-vinea-mea-dilecta/
– category product: https://www.latucauderie.fr/achat-vins-nantes/igp-val-de-loire/vins-blancs/
– tag product: https://www.latucauderie.fr/vins-loire/fruite/
– attribut product: https://www.latucauderie.fr/accords-mets-vins/charcuterie-rillettes-saucisson-jambon/Is it what you need or expect to fix the layout ?
April 13, 2018 at 2:39 pm #29901RaghavendraModeratorCan you pls disable a few woocommerce related plugins and see if things look better. I tried reproducing this in my local dev server with latest version of woocommerce and theme but could not. The layout looks the same as before – perfectly aligned product items one after another instead of being jumbled as in your page. Some plugin is adding classes like first and last indiscriminately to the product items and hence the layout is getting messed up.

If you do not want to use the child theme, you can move the child theme CSS to theme options->Custom CSS tab or install the Custom CSS plugin.
