Single Page Site Template Header

I’m using the single page site template on a couple of pages on a client site. I’ve disabled the slider area on one of the pages and would like to have the standard default page header in it’s place but, no matter what I do with the header settings on this page, nothing shows.

Is it possible to have the standard header with the page title on a page using the single page site template?
