Shortcode panel still not inserting

The fix did not work. I’m running WP version 4.1.1 and extinct theme, developing on my local host. Any thoughts why this wouldn’t work?

I have checked in my installation which is 4.1.1 and i am not able to reproduce the error.
Without seeing it we can’t suggest anything and it will be very helpful if we get temporary access to your site.

I updated the theme, and started with a new wp install.

Now the panel window opens up, but it doesn’t populate with any content. I’ve included a screenshot.

As I said, I’m developing offline, so I can’t give you a login.

Can you pls disable all the plugins once and see if the things are better or not?
Also check the developer tools Console to see if there is any error?
