Safari Background Images, ipad iphone error

Hi livemesh,

we do have some troubles getting the segment background_image to work on ipad/iphones.
On all other devices everything works good.
Only on ipad/iphone the image gets scaled up to ~600%. On PC+Mac Desktop everything looks good.
I suspect it has something todo with “background-size:cover;” AND “background-attachment:scroll;”.

Do you have any clue why this happens?

Can you pls post a link to the page as a private message so that I can check on my iphone/ipad and see why this is happening? Have not experienced this myself on any of our demo sites.

Pls try this custom CSS –

body.ios-device div.segment.parallax-background.parallax-banner {
background-attachment:scroll !important;
}

Should fix the issue for iPhone and iPad.
