Revolution slider elements

I’m a novice so bear with me! I’m nearly finished my site using the Extinct theme. I’m working on some images for the rev slider. I love a couple of the elements that are on the home page slider of the Extinct preview (https://www.livemeshthemes.com/themes/?theme=Extinct), specifically the banner surrounded by stars (see attached). I don’t know if a) I’m allowed to use these and b) if I am, where are they? I’ve searched high and low within my WordPress site but can’t find them. Thank you!

Hi,

I have attached a psd file that has the template for creating the label. You just have to edit the text layer and export it to a png file. Hope that helps. Thanks!
