responsiveness of block images

Good morning

I am having issues with the responsive layout of the content blocks I have created on the homepage of my website, they seem to be resizing according the size of the window. is there anyway of making sure they align. I have attached a screen shot of how I would like the image to appear and a link of the website to how it is appearing

Also is there any way of removing the toggle on the top right hand side
