Responsive design 'to top' link

Hi. Ive been looking at the AppDev theme on my iPhone and noticed there is no ‘to top’ arrow link. This is quite frustrating when using the single page scrollable layout and you need to get from the bottom of the page back to the top. Is it possible to have the ‘to top’ scroll link enabled on the mobile layout to improve navigation and usability?

To top button was removed since it can block the view in mobile devices. Bigger reason why it was removed – it is perhaps redundant since iOS has built in function where you can touch the top bar of the screen and it scrolls smoothly to the top. I use it all the time.
