Problem with Tim Thumb

I am having trouble with Tim thumb thumbnail generation. Images don’t appear on the pages as URL gets added with extra url
http://www.navyuginfo.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/PrimeRevenue.gif&w=233&h=150&zc=1&q=100
While the original URL is http://www.navyuginfo.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/PrimeRevenue.gif
How to sort out this problem?

Pls email the login for the site and I can take a look. Also, have you tried WordPress as the thumbnail generation method for this site? Many have used the same with success. Thanks

I have a similar problem. Theme Options setting ‘WordPress’ or ‘TimThumb’ doesn’t seem to have any effect on it.

Please note that regular image inserts work fine, only if I place the image url inside [image …] shortcode, they don’t.
