Do you have an example of a page that has the client images such as this page? https://www.livemeshthemes.com/themes/?theme=SquashI’d like to emulate without having to download the demo pages if possible.

I would urge you to have a separate installation with demo data imported for getting the max out of this theme. It is so much easier that way. You can just create private installation of wordpress inside your existing domain in a separate directory and once done with the work, you can just plain delete it along with its db. It should not affect your current work.
