Page Builder is not working with this theme.

Only using theme recommended plugins. Theme builder not working, I’ve reset every plug-in one at a time, even unplugged every plugin not coded by livemesh or SiteOrigin, and its still not working. I get this error message at the bottom of the page;

Some files are missing in your plugins/siteorigin-panels folder ; actually the entire tpl folder is missing in your siteorigin-panels folder .If you add the same everything ll get back to normal i hope .
