Mobile dropdown menu

Hi! I wonder if there’s any way to have the mobile dropdown menu showing all links once hovered over instead of showing the arrow to open new tabs. Thanks.

This has been done with purpose since in mobile, a click is registered on touch and if you enable expand on hover, the resulting menu will suffer from usability issues and may not work as expected by the user. And we need the arrow to be clicked so that users can navigate to the top menu item as well on touch. The separate arrow helps keep the parent and child menu links independently clickable.
