    Hi,

I can’t see my logo when viewing my website on Safari, Chrome or Opera.
    Why is that?

Plus, I’d like to add a section just like yours in the demo (“WE DESIGN UNIQUE AND APPEALING WEBSITES”). How can I do that? I’ve tried looking in your documentation but couldn’t find it.

    Thanks,
    Hélène

Hi, could you send a link to your webpage so we can inspect the issue by ourselves?

For the “We design..” it is a regular page-section in a single-page site. You can download the layout of the complete demo site by importing the theme’s sample data and modify it to your taste afterwards!

    Hi,

Here’s the link of my website:

Yes, I’d love to use your sample data and I’ve tried importing the theme’s sample data but it did not work.
    It’s this file “extinct-sample-data.xml” right?

    Thanks,

Hi, I’m using Google Chrome (and tried it on Opera and Safari) and the logo is showing up normally. Did you manage to solve this issue?

    Hi,

No, I didn’t manage solving this issue.

I’m using a Mac and it only works with Firefox. But when we visit the website with a Windows PC, it does work properly with all browsers.

Same, when I load the website from an iPad or an iPhone, I can’t see the logo.

Seems to be some kind of issue with Apple devices…

I am seeing the logo in all of my browsers both in mac and pc. But I see that you have not set the width and height of the retina logo in theme options. That will make the logo appear in iPhone and iPad. Thanks!

Ok, thanks, indeed it works much better that way!

And that explains why I couldn’t see the logo on my Macbook as it’s screen uses retina display.

Anyway, thanks again for your help!
