Menu covering one-page section headers

After clicking a menu item, the user is redirected to the appropriate section, however, the page section title is partially covered by the menu every time. How can I have the page load a couple pixels above the current location for all menu items?

Pls change the links URL in the menu links from –

http://blazonmobile.com/#signup

to

http://www.blazonmobile.com/#signup

and the the issue should get resolved. The urls in the top menu are currently reloading the page to show the internal content which should not happen. If you include the prefix for the domain – www and the smooth scroll will kick in and no reload of the page will happen. Thanks.
