menu and single page options disappear

i updated wordpress to 4.5 and the content from page and page sections disappeared.
after update to the last version of the theme, the content is shownig again, but the menu on top of front page disappeared, and the single page option (where i choose the pagesection to show) disappeared to.

Pls download latest version theme from your themeforest account > downloads and update theme .

I already have the latest version of the theme, which solves the problem that the content does not appear, but there is a new problem that is, in the theme options, disappeared the single page option, as you can see in the picture attached.
what made my menu disappears.
before I upgrade to wordpress 4.5 everything appeared and worked perfectly

Pls dectivate all plugins once and see if that issue goes away or not?
