Launch video directly from filterable portfolio main page

Love using the Agile theme for several years now. How can I accomplish the following?

I’d like to use the filterable portfolio page to show a collection of videos from my YouTube channel.
When clicking on an individual item, I’d like the video to launch in a lightbox directly from the portfolio page, instead of having to visit a dedicated page for just that item.

Glad you like our theme. The theme does not support this directly and you will need to use a plugin to accomplish the same.
