    We are not receiving email if we sent from the default form in the website.

    Let me know the issue

    Can you check if the following plugin is able to send you emails?

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/

    If that does not work, pls contact your hosting.

    ok. fine. mail form was not working,

    we are using contact form7. now we could send mail
