Rev slider plugin file is prepackaged with theme .And the activation code you have got is that of theme ..
I think you are using very old version rev slider . You can download latest version theme from your themeforest account and you can find latest plugin files in frameworks/plugins folder .

Sorry… but i can’t import the sample data of revolution slider, and i just instales the latest updtes of Extintc and Revolution

The screenshot you have attached is that of older version rev slider ..
You can download latest version theme from your themeforest account and you can find latest plugin files in frameworks/plugins folder .
