How to remove Home 2 on tab bar?

I am a newbee. I have this site coming up http://wallbreakers.co

I cannot figure how to remove the Home 2 | Wall Breakers showing up on the tab.

I might not have the right term. See the attachment please,

I understand it is called the title bar

When you are in the home page, just click on Edit Page and you will get to the Page edit window where you can change the title to Home or something else of your choice. See below –
