How to link image in phone

Hey guys thanks for the quick support last time. One more question I’m looking to have it so when someone clicks on the image (or slider) inside the phone on the home page they are directed to a link.

1) how can I achieve directing the image to a simple link.

2) I would actually really like it so that when the slide is clicked a fancy box iframes in a contact form. I was told to use this code

how can I do this? (obviously rather then linking the text “contact us” I want the picture when clicked to open the contact form in the fancy box. If this is not possible I will settle for option 1.
