Hello team,

I want to create a parent page for gallery where all the categories of the gallery will be shown with its thumbnail. Once the user clicks on thumbnail it will go to the actual gallery of the album.

In short i need to to create photo album and once the user clicks on the album it will open that page

Not sure they meet your need. If you want something additional, do take a look at the paid plugin Essential grid mentioned above. You can also search for free gallery plugins on Google.

BTW, WordPress itself has gallery feature which works well with the theme.
