    I am not able to use the Home page template and I created a new menu but its not showing up on the website. Please help.

    Pls update the home-1(hit update button in home page edit window) and see if that helps .
    If problem persists pls share a temp login to your site as a private reply, we will help you out.

    You can set the menus in Appearance > Menus – Manage locations tab .
