Footer reverts back to theme defaults

In the Fusion Theme Options, we have changed the Footer settings to 4 columns and customized our footer text to replace the default copyright. However, after we save it, it displays for a short time and then reverts back to the original theme settings. How can make sure our settings remain saved? (We do not have this issue with any of the other Theme Option settings).

Can you pls deactivate all plugins once and see if that makes any change .
