Flashing, white header issue/bug using Chrome only

Hello:

We’re having an issue lately where the header in this theme is flashing white/blank (see attached photo).

This only happens in Google Chrome, but not on all versions.

Is anyone having this same issue, or know how to fix it?

I don’t want to set this as private until I know only the devs can help.

Can you pls disable all plugins once and see if that problem goes away or not?

We think we’ve narrowed it down to the Revolution Slider that is built into the theme.

We need to update the plugin to the latest version, but we’ve been unsuccessful in obtaining the latest revslider.zip file to perform the manual update.

Does anyone know where that file can be obtained from?
