From the wordpress, themes, add new, upload page, the download of the zip file simply times out. Continually advises, “are you sure you want to do this” and times out again and again.
This is more of a server setup issue and you may need to work with your hosting provider to resolve this. Pls have a look here for more info on this –

My provider increased upload capabilities that should be allowing for premium themes to load. Now getting this error:

Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.
Missing css stylesheet uploaded exactly as instructed in the attached envato support form. After successful file upload, repeat attempts to upload theme yield same error (also attached).
