Database connection problem

I am having a problem when I open more than 6 tabs of my website. The site says that there is a problem with database connection as shown on the image attached. I have tried deactivating all plugins then reactivate one by one, but the problem can’t seem to be fixed.
However, i suspect that one of the scripts may be connecting to the database in a bad way, thus making my site to go down. Other sites using the same database, also goes down when i am having the problem listed above.

Your help will be very much appreciated.

Currently i have deactivated 4 plugins , pls activate one at a time and see which plugin is causing this issue .
