Custom sidebar not working on blog posts

I created a custom sidebar as described in the documentation (for a newsletter subscription), and tried to add it to my blog posts:

– In theme options, custom sidebar, I created a newsletter sidebar.
– In widgets configured this sidebar to show a mailchimp subscription form.
– In the post layout I selected ‘Two columns – Right sidebar’
– In custom sidebar I set my ‘newsletter’ custom sidebar.

also, in case this helps,
– In the theme options I set the default layout for posts to ‘Two columns – Right sidebar’

However the sidebar does not show neither in the live preview nor after saving the post.

Is there something I’m missing.

Actually this is bug , we will address this issue in the next update .
