Custom Icon with Link in Header

What is the easiest way to add a custom Icon and hyperlink to the primary header? I just want a simple icon next to the cart button or the Get App Button. I actually have the cart functionality disabled.

You have to insert a code line similar to that of line no:62 in header.php.(pls add it in line no:63)
In the theme documentation it is clearly specified how to add icons under the heading
“500+ Icons and Icon Fonts usage”.And you can find icons here https://www.livemeshthemes.com/support/wp-content/uploads/icon-sprites/index.html
