CSS changes not applied to mobile

I’ve added the following CSS in order to eliminate any white space around the fullscreen Revolution Slider I’m using. On mobile however, none of these changes have taken effect. How can I replicate the same experience on mobile?

Additionally, is there any way for the Featured Campaign dropdown to show on top of the Revolution Slider on the main page?

Right now am seeing white space in laptop screens also.
Can you pls remove the custom CSS and check?
