Controlling Video Size

I would like to add youtube videos to one of my pages. However, when I add them, they are too big and I cannot move them as I would like.

I would like the videos to be smaller and aligned left or right how I see fit and I would also like to be able to place copy adjacent to these videos.

How could this be done?

I didn’t see any youtube video that is too big. Hope you have managed it already.
