Clicking on Portfolio link in slider doesnt smooth scroll

I have implemented the one page website template as shown in your demo. I have set the link for the button (which says OUR PORTFOLIO / TAKE A QUICK TOUR )in the slider section to the portfolio sections on the same page. Clicking on this link in the slider does not result in smooth scroll. It abruptly scrolls to the Portfolio section.

How can this be made to smooth scroll?
