Change Menu Bar Background Color

Hello,

I need to change the main menu bar from white to back. So I just go to Appearance->Theme Options->Backgrounds-> BACKGROUND FOR HEADER AREA and change from white to black.

It only works partially. When the page is on top (not scroll down) the bar is back, but when I scroll page down, the bar change to white again.

I already look at every other sections (even on pages) and just don’t found where can I change this color. Can you help please?
