Center align images in a column?

Hi, this is usually straight forward, but I’ve been struggling for 2 hours to achieve a simple effect.
I have a content block which has a centered h2 title. Underneath it I have 4 columns and within each column I want a centered image and underneath, centered text. I can get it all to work except for the centered image. Whatever I do, the images are always aligned left.
Any suggestions?

I sorted it. I attached a class attribute to the img and added a class in the CSS with margin: 0px auto 0px;
