App page doesnt load

I have followed the directions and loaded the DEMO data. I need the app homepage to look like what it does when I purchased it so I can edit the information. The problem is the page just sites on the loader image:

Nothing else….I really need to get this up. I sent you an email with a login to help. Can you please contact me so I can get this up and running.

I have set App Home as Front Page in Settings > Reading . Pls check.
