app dev theme issues

hi development team,

I have few issues that I would like to get resolved.
I have theme installed on the following domain: http://sephardicsiddur.com:

1. site loads extremely slow, I have tried disabling all the plugins and the issue still persists, is possible to see what causing the issue?
2. logo is not displayed at all when viewing in mobile device
3. once you visit site, you will see a heavy cyan line that is over the background image, how can I remove that?

your help is appreciated.

1) Your site is doing quite well actually. Loaded in about 1-2 secs for me. Pls see this for verification –

The problem could be specific to your connection or may be the site slows down once you login. Try loading the site in incognito mode or private mode of the browser.

2) Pls upload a retina logo at the end of Site Logo tab of Theme Options. See ‘Retina Site Logo Image’ option in this tab. Pls make sure you enter the height and width of the retina logo, failing which the logo won’t load on all retina devices.

3) If you use the latest version of Appdev, pls check the ‘Remove Title Header’ option in the Page Edit window.

I am having issues with the email not being sent from your contact form. I have tested with the other email plugins and it seems to work fine. I have also checked the spam folder and I do not see any email coming from my site. (http://sephardicsiddur.com) Can you please let me know work around?
I have uploaded the retina logo for mobile, but it overlaps the menu bar. Can you please take a look with your mobile device.

Can you pls use contact form 7 instead of using theme contact form shortcode and see if that helps ?
Pls try use the below custom CSS in themeoptions –

#site-logo a img.retina-logo {
    max-width: 85%;
}

hi, thanks for the response. contact form 7 works, but i really like the look with your contact form short code. Can you tell me how to have the same look and feel on contact form 7?

i really like your form, is there anyway i can do to send emails? anything you can suggest perhaps?

Actually contact form 7 won’t have any difference , it is almost similar .
You can find the appdev contact form in contact form 7 if you have imported sample data .

hi, yes i was. can you tell me if there is a way to upload favicon using your theme option panel. i did not see that option there.

Pls use one of the free plugins for adding a favicons like the one below –
