anchor of homepage not effective

Hi, I set some page section in homepage(anchor), and add anchor to the meun. When I visit other page, and then click the menu item withe homeage anchor, the page could not jump to homepage.
My website is http://en.sindrax.com( the website is being develop) , for example, I visit the http://en.sindrax.com/about-us/office-environment/ page, then I want to see the Project(which is the page section), when I click the “Project” item in menu, there is no response.
