Adding picture next to the logo

I would like to add a small logo next to the first one, which would point to another site. Something like the attachment picture. How can i add it to the header? Thank you : )

You have already added site tagline and you have got 7 menus so i am not sure how well it fits on your site . And it will affect the responsiveness of the site ..
It is better to add the other image somewhere in the footer area .

Hmmm, i could reduce the font size of the tagline and i could put maybe a smaller 2nd image. Is there any way i could try to add it and see how it looks? I cannot put it in footer, since it is the logo of the national university which has to be stated somewhere in header : /

You can use the below code in file header.php and see if it helps .
